Frivolity Break: SuperFriends Wassup!

I never understood the appeal of the wasssup? Budweiser ads of several years ago. I just couldn't find the joke. But this YouTube video, using the old SuperFriends cartoon made it funny for me. But I'm weird, so you still might not find the funny.
