Well, here it is, the final New Rules for this season of Real Time with Bill Maher. I still think Maher's hiatuses (hiati?) are a bit too long. He always seems to miss out on some good stuff while he's gone. But if the past is any indication, there will be a big story a-brewin' when he gets back.
