Rudy Giuliani may still be the front-runner for the Republican nomination, but he's gotten quite a few speed-bumps lately. So many in fact, that if he does manage to lock in the nom, he's got a tough row to hoe in a general election. Not that that disturbs me, mind you.

This particular scandal even manages to pull in Roger Ailes of FOX "News," a friend of Rudy's. It's a tangled web, as they say. . .

Ex-Publisher’s Suit Plays a Giuliani-Kerik Angle

Judith Regan, the former book publisher, says in a lawsuit filed yesterday protesting her dismissal by the News Corporation, the media conglomerate, that a senior executive there encouraged her to lie to federal investigators about her past affair with Bernard B. Kerik after he had been nominated to become homeland security secretary in late 2004. . .
