In case anyone doesn't believe that Stephen Colbert's "Ching-Chong Ding-Dong" character originated in a satirical response to an actually racist performance by Rush Limbaugh, here is the original clip. This is a lesson in not responding to a perceived "offensive" statement without first getting the context.

Anti-ACORN Law Unconstitutional?
When lawmakers try to enact legislation in a knee-jerk response to some flare-up in faux (or real) outrage, there are often unintended consequences. The attempt to federally defund ACORN may actually either be found un-Constitutional or may have to apply the same rules to countless other government contractors, like Blackwater! Oopsie!
