Duffy, the voice guy on The Randi Rhodes Show has an amazing voice, and some pretty funny schtick. I don't know if he writes his own material, but he is a definite talent.

Solar Plant at Nevada Border Creates New Jobs
Well, here we go, some good news. And smart too. No matter what your views on "green" energy (and I frankly don't understand opposition to it), you've got to admit that the Mojave Desert is a perfect place to harness some solar energy. I also think it would be a great place for some massive wind farms, but whatta I know?

Hold a Hologram in Your Hand

Well, this is kinda nifty. GE has a site dedicated to solar and wind power, with an interactive feature. If you have a printer and a webcam, you're all set. That stunning picture is me, holding the "hologram." It's a little glitchy, but then my webcam is a $5 jobbie, so it may work better for you.
