Barack Obama continues to stick to the issues in his negative advertising. And while I wouldn't be surprised if there are quibbles from the right on this, the ad seems to have the virtue of being true. Hopefully, more of this type of ad will eventually debunk in peoples' minds the meme that McCain is trying to get them to believe: that it is Obama that's getting personal in attack ads. I think McCain needs that discussion about pots and kettles.

John McCain Knows How to Stick to Talking Points
John McCain's Achilles heel may have been discovered: his woefully weak responses to the financial crisis. He's already admitted that the economy is not his thing. Now he's proving it, by waffling, contradicting his long-held positions, and worst of all repeating the same tired phrases over and over again.
He's certainly staying the course. And his running mate, Sarah Palin is scarcely better, hardly deviating from her original campaign speech, over and over again. I'm sick and tired (after 8 years of such behavior) of these mindless, robotic talking points. Change it up, for goodness' sake! Show us that you're more than a talking-point spewing robot!

Two Guys Make Out Behind CNN Reporter
Ah, the perils of live TV. While reporting on the Lehman Brothers fiasco, a CNN Reporter was unaware of two guys "consoling" each other in the background. Funny stuff!
UPDATE: Further research finds that the two guys in question are Sal and Richard from The Howard Stern Show. It's still funny.
