I've already reported on President Bush's gaffes in Australia. But I hadn't seen the actual video proof. I'm no expert, but my GOD, is this man inebriated, senile or what? I know I am biased. Every utterance from our Commander in Chief seriously embarrasses me, but I really think something is wrong with him.
