Thaddeus Mc what now? Okay, so they're trying to one-up President Barack Obama in the unusually named candidate test? And what, they didn't think that there were enough odd candidates already in the race? Okay then.

  1. I was going to post on this but thought, who the hell knows this guy except in Michigan?
    Of course he has more legislative experience than Obama.

  2. "Executive Experience" is something of a canard. NOBODY has presidential experience, and the job of President is a unique job. Arguably, Hillary Clinton was one of the rare few with an actual leg up. But the argument doesn't play any more. Obama HAS executive experience now, 2-1/2 years worth. Whether you think he's done a bad job or a good job, he's done the job.

  3. Oops, sorry, I misread what you wrote. LEGISLATIVE experience? Obama had state senate and US Senate experience going in. I hadn't heard anyone dissing that before.

    How 'bout Michele Bachmann then? On her third 2-year term in Congress, NO notable legislation. . .
