Well, at least in one state, and in 2002. Still, it is good to hear someone from the right wing acknowledging a problem with vote fraud that doesn't have to do with mythical "dead voters." Let's hope this is the tip of the iceberg. Even though it comes at a time when it is probably too late to fix for 2008! Arrrgggh.
