Overlooked Political Story: The 25%-ers Are Still Out there!

Who are the twenty-five percenters? Well, for me, they are the group that still had a high opinion of George W. Bush at the end of his presidency. They're the 25% who thought Brownie did a heckuva job. They are the people who still swoon over Sarah Palin.  They are in large part the Tea Party movement.  And they are still voting.

In California on Tuesday night, one of the most unpalatable candidates possible--Birther Queen Orly Taitz--won 26% of the Republican vote.  Here in Nevada, we ran one of the worst candidates to ever run for office--Greg Nance Dagani--and he got 25% of the Republican vote.  Are these all the same people? Oh there may be a little ebb and flow, but I suspect they're pretty much the same group.

Orly Taitz Loses CA Secretary Of State Bid But Gets 368,000 Votes

In her bid to be the GOP nominee for California secretary of state, Birther conspiracy theorist Orly Taitz got 368,000 votes -- about 26 percent -- but lost badly to mainstream Republican Damon Dunn, who got 74 percent.



The only question now is: how long till Taitz claims the election was stolen and initiates years of litigation? . . .
