I'm posting this clip because of another one I posted a few minutes ago (Science Is Cool: We Are Insignificant), which makes the same point in a much, much funnier way.
The Galaxy Song is from the deeply weird, extremely funny Monty Python's The Meaning of Life. This particular song has always been a personal favorite, and I credit it with helping me remember a whole lot about our galaxy and universe. I do not however, want to give up my liver. I'm still using it.
