I say "free money" somewhat facetiously, as I'm pretty sure nothing in life--or particularly from the Bush Administration--is actually free. Whether we end up paying for it on our next year's taxes, or the interest on what they have to borrow to give us this "gift" compounds to stratospheric heights, and we just have to pay more later. Probably both. Probably more than that. But hey! $600!
