Sometimes, humor and parody can spell out simple truths better than reasoned discussion or heated debate. That is certainly the case with this video, The Commander in Chief Test. It's built around a classic bit from the children's show of the 70s, The Electric Company. It's been spoofed many times, most recently with promos for South Park.
