No Fuss, No Muss Bacon
This post is thanks to ye Editor's mother. She swears by it.
From Mom:
My friend Sue turned me onto frying bacon in the oven. It is awesome, check out my pictures and instructions below.
1. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet (available where the wax paper is in the store).
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, 425 if you watch closely.
3. "Fry" for about 20 minutes or until it gets as brown as you like.
4. Drain bacon on folded paper towels
5. Put paper towels that you drained the bacon on, on the parchment paper to soak up the grease.
6. Toss parchment paper, put away clean cookie sheet.
ALWAYS flat crisp bacon, no mess. AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Enjoy! --Janie
