Where Did the Lost Iraq Billions Go?

I swear, if I hear another conservative complain that Democrats are going to "tax and spend" and waste our tax dollars if Barack Obama wins the White House, I really think I might just scream. They have had absolutely no care where billions upon billions of "our tax dollars" have gone over the last 7+ years. When you add up the total cost of the war, we're talking trillions. Enough money to pay for every pie-in-the-sky social program ever dreamed of, and then some.

And it looks like our current conservative administration is trying to put a lid on where a lot of those billions have gone. I'm so surprised.
