Do you scream at the TV when you see an illogical political ad, like I do? Well, screaming "That doesn't make sense!" doesn't do anybody any good. But the internet age has given us a powerful tool we didn't have years ago. We can electronically argue back, point and laugh, and actually get other people to see it!
The religion-funded effort to end same-sex marriages in California, known as "Yes on 8" has a particularly stupid ad up right now. It implies that merely learning about the existence of gay couples will somehow "rub off" on kids. It's fear mongering of the lowest brow, but it works on people who don't think too hard.
Here's a great point/counterpoint. First, the original ad, and then an animated response ad.
