Barack Obama Converts American Flag to "O" Flag?

OMG!!! I mean what's up with that? First he calls himself Superman, and then he changes the American flag into an "O" Flag? Have you ever heard of such arrogance?

Actually, have you ever heard anyone so stupid or gullible, that they'd get all fired up about Obama appearing in front of the State Flag of Ohio? Some right-wing radio host blew a gasket (and apparently a few brain cells), on this subject today, which then spread across the liberal blogosphere (including the go-to resource for wing-nuttery, FreeRepublic). The radio host--someone I've never heard of named Bob Grant, is apparently some sort of hero/mentor to Rush Limbaugh or something.

All of this tends to lead embarrassed conservatives to downshift their attack, and change it to one on Ohio's flag. "Ohio doesn't have a flag, it has a pennant!" I read over at FR.

I'm from Ohio, and learned all about the state flag in Ohio History class. It's claimed that the layout is about valleys and rivers and stuff, and 17 stars for Ohio being the 17th state. But I think it was basically a rearranged American flag, and despite the fact that it is more a pennant than a flag, I've always thought it looked very cool alongside Old Glory. It certainly stands out among the other 49.
