Why should southpaws be banned from marriage? Well--of course--they shouldn't. But this argument makes as much sense as banning same-sex marriage. In fact, the analogy between sexuality and handedness is quite a bit better than race or gender.
As I posted in the past, handedness may or may not be a "choice," but it is a behavior. It can be changed, if the person tries (and perhaps prays) hard enough. Sure, sure, such a person would only be modifying their behavior and not their innate being, but a gay person that "tries" to be straight is still a gay person. A left-handed person who has trained himself to eat and write with his right hand is still a southpaw. Don't believe me? Watch this:
