Bush Administration Lawyers Skewed Legal Opinions?

You know how whenever somebody would complain that George W. Bush and his administration were breaking the law or violating the Constitution, they'd say their lawyers told them it was legal? Would it surprise you to learn that their legal opinions may have been somewhat hinky? That the Bush Administration may have even put them up to it? It would not surprise me at all, and I'm so hoping they get busted.
