ObamaCare Hits 8 Million

Okay, so if this thing actually turns out to have worked, how long until the "ObamaCare™" name is dropped, and ACA or some other variation becomes the name?

  1. Umm, yeah, if you believe those numbers, then I have a swamp down in Florida to sell you.
(As an aside, my dad actually fell for that in the 1970's)
How many people actually paid? You don't know because Obama won't tell us.
Considering how many millions ObamaCare threw out of their insurance, it's about a wash anyways.
It's a disaster, just admit it, a complete and total disaster.
Say, 100 people lost their jobs at UMC today because of ObamaCare. I'm sure these people say the program sucks.

  2. Since it's the insurance companies releasing the numbers, I'm not sure what the motive would be for fudging the numbers. The number I heard (on the Stephanie Miller Show, I don't know their source) was 85% paid. And no, I don't believe it's a disaster. Time and again, the ObamaCare horror stories have turned out to be bogus.

UMC's problems are unfortunate, I agree. According to the news, they lost business because newly insured people could afford to go elsewhere. Which sounds to me like a free market shake-out. Aren't you usually *for* that sort of thing?
