Fraud Crackdown Will Not Include Iraq or Afghanistan

This is just classic. The Bush Administration vows to crack down on fraud in government funding. Then, it comes out that this crack down will not include monies going overseas. Whaaa? There's no fraud overseas? In Afghanistan? In Iraq, where $9,000,000,000 or so of shrink-wrapped cold hard cash just disappeared? Come on.

Oh, and by the way, why isn't that missing money a huge issue? For all the belly-aching you hear about "my tax dollars" funding this or that, why aren't tax payers getting out the pitchforks and torches over billions and billions of missing money?
