Stuck on Stupid: Neighbor Robs House, Has Yard Sale

I've had lots of yard sales in my day, going way back to when I was a kid. We didn't have a lot of money, but had lots of creative ways to get a little extra cash. Paper routes, shoveling snow, raking leaves, all of those were good. But our favorite time of year was "Whitehall Cleanup Week," a time in Whitehall, Ohio when you could throw away anything, and the garbage men would pick it up.

Well, mini-entrepreneurs that we were, we'd go a-trash pickin'. We got lots of choice stuff, kept what we liked, and had a yard sale with the rest. As you might imagine, some people were surprised to find something that they themselves had thrown out for sale in our front yard! What we never did was actually steal stuff and try to sell it. . .
