Jeb Bush Thinks GOP Should Form "Shadow Government"

Dick Cheney once remarked that he liked to stay in the shadows. And many of us thought that it was Cheney not George W. Bush that was really in charge all of these years. So, the notion of a "shadow government" is not a new one for some. But why on earth would first-brother, Jeb Bush come right out and say such a thing? Maybe because the chances of another Bush becoming President are so remote, he'd have to be in the shadows to be in power? Just a thought.

Jeb Bush: GOP 'can't be the old white guy party'

Jeb Bush says the Republican Party needs to adapt in the wake of wide-ranging defeat in the election and move beyond its traditional position as the "old white guy party.

"The former Florida governor told Newsmax correspondent Ashley Martella that Republicans should create "a shadow government" to challenge Democrats on policy grounds.
