The Gay Thing: Nevada Lined Up for Next SCOTUS Marriage Case?

Well, I guess I'm too late to submit my marriage to The Other Half as a test case for Nevada's ridiculous gay marriage ban. There are already eight couples a-doin' that! Good for them. Because the case for the "sanctity of marriage"--in Nevada of all places--was always disingenuous. Of course it was discriminatory, and came from animus. Can we at least admit that much, by now?

  1. Hey, go for it and someday you may have a court case named After you. Like Roe v Wade
    How about Greenlee v Sandoval? That has a nice ring to it.
