Randi Rhodes, now on the Nova M radio network, laid out a pretty convincing argument about Rush Limbaugh's "Operation Chaos" today. Randi runs her show from the same "home base" radio station Rush does now, so she's been focusing on him a bit more lately. Randi contends that Rush's much heralded effort to disrupt the Democratic nominating process is just a cover, a smokescreen for a mass exodus out of the Republican Party.
She has a point, and may very well be right. On her show today, she said that Indiana was showing a 5% lead for Hillary, so if Rush's Operation Chaos was going to have any noticeable effect, Hillary would need more than 5%. Well the results are in, and Hillary did win. . . by a squeaker: 2%. Sorry, Rush, you lose.
