This video has a very simple message, and I heartily concur. Don't divorce us! Honestly, can you think of anything less American than letting voters and the courts invalidate existing marriages? As distasteful as the passage of California's Proposition 8 was--and I'm still crossing my fingers that it is overturned--it is worse that there is a fight to annul the existing legal marriages of 18,000 couples. It's downright mean-spirited. And unnecessary. And wrong.
