I can't express just how grateful I am that Barack Obama won the Presidency tonight. Especially when you account for the cocktails and beers I have imbibed over an evening that could have turned out very differently!
As of this writing, I still do not know the status of California's "Proposition 8" which would steal from me my very own marriage. It looks grim at this moment, but I'm still hopeful.
