The Daily Show with Jon Stewart had a great bit last night about the plight of FOX "News." After eight years of getting their talking points from, and acting as an arm of the Bush White House, FOX is about to be kicked to the curb. So, who will take their place? MSNBC of course!
Now, while some of the attacks of liberal bias at MSNBC are fair (Countdown with Keith Olbermann, The Rachel Maddow Show), I don't think they're quite the flip side of FOX "News." I think their opinion shows are pretty well understood to be from a liberal perspective, but the rest of the network? I remain unconvinced. And I'm doubtful that parent NBC would be willing to go full-out FOX in any event. Still, it makes a pretty funny segment. And any excuse to skewer FOX is welcome. . .
