Sean Hannity annoys the hell out of me. He's a right-wing Chatty Kathy doll, pull his string, and he spews an endless supply of talking points. He does have a savant-like ability to rattle them off in any conversation, regardless of whether or not they fit the topic. And he's parlayed his "talent" into multi-million dollar contracts. Not bad for a college drop-out.
So, while his mama might be proud of him, for all of the above reasons--and many others--he just irritates me beyond belief. So it's great when his "talent" gets him into trouble. Well, "trouble" would be exaggerating it a bit, since his viewers won't ever notice he made a huge gaffe.
He attempted to say that FOX "News" viewers and right-wing talk radio listeners are more informed than the rest of the public. But he got a case of Palin-itis, and turned his sentence into word salad. This made his statement into exactly the opposite of what he intended. The funny part of that is, he actually told the truth! By accident of course.
