Big Day for "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," John McCain Flip Flops

One of the more bizarre rants against repealing the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy is that we can't do this "during two wars." Wha? That's why we should do this. Good soldiers, airmen (and whatever else they go by, I defer to someone more versant in military lingo) are being discharged at great expense for no good reason. And it goes nearly without saying that even though John Sidney McCain once claimed he'd agree to rescind the policy should military brass simply say so, he showed exactly the opposite today.
