George W. Bush has regrets? Really? Well, sort of, but he doesn't so much regret being a warmonger as having appeared to be one. At least that's how I read this story. Mostly, I'm struck by the picture. At the end of a President's last term, there is often talk about how much the 4 or 8 years has aged them.
In this case (as you can see in the two photos), this is certainly true.
