I already used the "Welcome, Sheriff" clip from Blazing Saddles to depict the right-wing response to the election of President Barack Obama. It's funny, but it's apt. What I'd forgotten is how much the Rock Ridge council meeting looks like a tea bagger rally! There's even a frontier version of Sarah Palin to rile up the crowd!
