There have been a ton of stories about contractors ripping off the government. . .or our government being complicit in giving contracts where they are getting ripped off. It's one big mess. But this one really takes the cake. This kid (he was 18 when he got started) seems to have made millions by selling crappy imported artillery shells to the government for use in Afghanistan (you know, the other war). What, was he really good at eBay? This is just nuts.
