Because of the writers' strike, I haven't been able to post any new Bill Maher videos, one of my favorite (and frankly easiest) regular features around here a while back. Thankfully, he appeared on the newly returned Late Show with David Letterman yesterday. Even more thankfully, he returns to Real Time with Bill Maher on HBO next week. No word if it is with or without writers.
Incidentally, Maher has Vegas a little wrong in this clip. You may not see evidence of Christmas at the Hard Rock (not sure I even buy that one), but there's as much Christmas spirit here in this town as anywhere. It's just that Las Vegas has more scantily clad Santa cocktail waitresses. . .
