As I type this, they're still calling New Hampshire's Democratic primary "too close to call." It looks as though Hillary Clinton is going to pull of a squeaker. But even if she doesn't, she came much, much, much closer than anybody was predicting. Good.

John McCain has been declared the winner for the GOP side, and I say also: good. I was very worried that the two front-runners from Iowa, Barack Obama and Mike Huckabee were going to be anointed winners far too early. It's nice to know that there's is an actual contest going on here.
