And we're back! Mike Huckabee (1) leaped to the front of the pack last week, as Mitt Romney (2), Fred Thompson (3), Rudy Giuliani (4), and John McCain (5) struggled to play catch-up. Elsewhere, Pat Robertson (7) gets a message from God, and Bill O'Reilly (8) gets whitewashed.
