Las Vegas home values have dropped dramatically in recent times, after a sharp upward trend a couple of years ago. But what happens to those values--or the city in general--if the water runs dry? This question has long only been hypothetical, but now we're hearing that it is a very real concern. I'd like to say I'm confident that there is some sort of contingency plan in place, but. . .well. . .let's just say my trust for our government has dried up already.
