Over Time with Bill Maher, November 4, 2011

It totally slipped my mind to post Real Time with Bill Maher's "Over Time" segment this weekend. But then, I skipped Blast from the Past too, so whatever. Anyway, it was a middling show, with Rep. Darrell Issa being fairly charming and funny. . .despite being a total douche nozzle. But there are gems to be had from the episode, and from this segment.
