In no other area of life do you take a dude's word for it that supernatural stuff is real, with no evidence. If I said that I had super powers, and could do anything that Superman could do, but I couldn't show you. . .you'd have to take it on faith. Well, you'd say I was nuts. Or weird. Same exact thing. Is your mind that open?
I'll grant you that "weird religion" is redundant. Religion is ipso facto weird.
