Do you ever get tired of the "wink, wink, nudge, nudge" lies from politicians? I do. Very often, politicians say one thing, and then the pundits comment on what they really meant. We give them all a pass, Democrat or Republican. They say what is politically expedient, and we all play along.
"We're not about 'stay the course'," said Bush. That's just one. The White House Press Secretary, whether it be Dana Perino, Tony Snow, Scott McClellan or Ari Fleisher, all of them spin the news, and spew misinformation, or outright lies. When discussed on the news, or political commentary shows, their comments are dissected, their lies are explained, but they're never called what they are--lies. Why do we go along with that?
