More later on the historic passing of the Employment Non-discrimination Act in the House of Representatives today. For now, watch the bill's sponsor (since the 1970s), Barney Frank. He's one of the smartest members of Congress, in my opinion, and despite an unusual voice, an impassioned speaker. What's more, his plea worked.
