The very term "legal tender" meant to bargain & trade in Marijuana or Hemp. The Founding Fathers smoked it, the natives drank it for stomach conditions & spiritual purposes & real doctors consider it medicine.Since our government has no way to quantify it or profit from it, forever shall it be illegal for a monkey to pull a plant from the ground & smoke it. Unless it is tobacco (money)... or you are doing an intensive government study on glaucoma (money).
