Even in the new political environment, it's good to have Real Time with Bill Maher back on HBO. His hiatuses are always far too long, but he always comes back when a mess of political stuff is going down. And this week's "New Rules" do not disappoint. Especially Maher's use of a Snuggie to define America's soft, squishy culture (and brains).
