It's not about the budget. In Wisconsin, stamping out the unions is about making it harder for Democrats--President Obama in particular--to win elections. That this was about more than the budget has been obvious for a while, even though legislators and right-wing pundits have insisted that it was. Well, here's one admitting what they're really up to.
