Epilipsy medication does have an affect on the mind, but obviously not to this effect.
ReplyDeleteYou have to admit that you didn't think it would have been Roberts giving your side the victory. That's why most conservatives are pissed. We would have taken the news better if it were Kennedy being the 5th vote, but Roberts?
I think something is going on with his vote but what it is, I have no idea whatsoever.
I think what got to Roberts is that it is HIS court. Did he want yet another 5-4 overturn of something huge on his court? He's already got an enormous black mark with Citizens United, and this flood of corporate money, and billionaire sugar daddies buying our politicians. He seems married to that decision, but maybe he is worried his legacy would be tarnished as a deeply political court, rather than a court of justice.
